The Rashtriya Jharkhand Seva Sansthan (RJSS) has initiated the "Birsa Munda Excellence" award program for boys and girls, youth, and men and women who have achieved special accomplishments in personal or social fields. Under this program, the first "Birsa Munda Excellence" award ceremony was organized on Sunday at the Pahalwan Ashram Bhakhra, where scientist Ankit Raj, who excelled in the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) entrance examination in his first attempt and secured success, was honored with the Birsa Munda Excellence Award. He was presented with a medal, certificate of excellence, and traditional attire.
Ankit Raj, who, in his first attempt, secured success in the IISER entrance exam and earned a degree in earth science from the Indian Institute of Science Research, Kolkata, achieved the honor of being the top-ranked candidate in the entire country.
The institute's secretary Manoj Dangi, president Ramnandan Prasad, treasurer Vijay Kumar, program coordinator Nirbhay Kul, Member Josphin Ekka along with senior assistant Md. Shaheed Salim, Dasrath Yadav, and Mosafir Ravidas, jointly honored and acknowledged them by presenting medals and certificates of excellence.
