Lac Production and Cultivation

There is a lot of potential and market for lacquer manufacturing like bangles, jewellery, file, earring, pen stand etc. Also good quality lacquer is cultivated in Jharkhand. It has a lot of potential in Koderma as well. Realizing this possibility, RJSS has started training and construction of the first level of lacquer bangle manufacturing, however there is a need for better training, which efforts are on to get it done with the help of NABARD.
