Rashtriya Jharkhand Seva Sansthan

Our History

The Journey of Rashtriya Jhrakhand Seva Sansthan (RJSS) started on 21 May, 1999 when two youngsters, Mr. Manoj Kumar and Vijay Kumar got inspired by the thought of Lok Nayak Jai Prakash and Lohia.

These two college youths, who belonged from a remote village, decided to dedicate their life for the upliftment of society and they formed an organization with the help of their friend, Mr. Ram Nandan Prasad with a vision to create a model society where there is no place for injustice, disparity and atrocities.

Project Strategies

We develop approaches, strategies and solutions through an iterative process.

Awareness generation and capacity building of institutional mechanism

Formation and nurturing of community based organisation and people collectives

Involving and engaging various stakeholders

Promoting and building capacities of children and women farmers and mica family

Collaboration with government for creating a people community to ensure basic services

Building the skills and mobilisation of community for advocacy

Koderma jointly by Rashtriya Jhrakhand Seva Sansthan (RJSS) for rescue and relief from Kovid-19 Awarded with a citation for outstanding work.
