National Agriculture and Gramin Bank is constantly striving for the development of the people by implementing various schemes like MEDP, LEDP, RIPF run by NABARD according to the need and availability for the development of rural areas of Koderma district in association with NABARD.
Under MEDP, 30 women have been connected to organic farming after successfully completing training in organic farming of vegetables.
